Service Description

Taekwon-Do is a Korean martial art which is known mostly for it's kicks. In each session we work on learning the skills needed for you to progress through the belts. As well as improving balance, co-ordination and overall fitness. Taekwon-Do is suitable for all ages and is the perfect family activity.
