Choose Your Kickboxing Class

At Martial Arts Wiltshire, we’ve been teaching families kickboxing since 1979. 

 

Get kids off screens and into action - building their fitness, focus, and confidence through fun, social Kickboxing sessions.

 

They’ll burn energy, make friends and learn the basics of self-defence in a safe, supportive setting.

 

Run by highly qualified black belts in Kickboxing, Grand Master Deedigan and his daughter Miss Sinéad, we’re proud to be one of Wiltshire's longest-standing, family-run Kickboxing schools.

Kicking Dragons (for ages 3-7)

Day: Fridays

Time: 17:00 (5 pm)

Length: 30 minutes

Where: Trowbridge Clubs

Kicking Dragons (for ages 3-5)

Day: Tuesdays

Time: 17:00 (5 pm)

Length: 30 minutes

Where: Sheldon School

Kicking Dragons (for ages 6-7)

Day: Tuesdays

Time: 17:30 (5:30 pm)

Kickboxing (for ages 8+)

Day: Thursdays

Time: 18:00 (6 pm)

Length: 60 minutes (1 hour)

What is Kickboxing?

Kickboxing is a fun and active sport that combines punching and kicking to help you become fitter, stronger, and more confident. 

 

It’s suitable for people of all ages and doesn’t require any prior experience to get started. 

 

At our kickboxing classes, you’ll learn how to throw safe, controlled punches and kicks while getting a full-body workout.

 

Kickboxing also helps improve balance, coordination, and focus - and it’s a great way to release stress and tension. 

 

Whether you're looking to learn self-defence, stay healthy, or just try something new, kickboxing is a welcoming and energising way to do it.
